After we designed the show apartment at Oberoi Exquisite, Oberoi Realty approached us for another of their projects, Prisma, located at JVLR in Mumbai. We were to create a look for the four-bedroom show flat, so that prospective buyers could better comprehend the design possibilities prior to purchase.
Desirous of a plan that would appeal to a universal audience, we had the house feature various shades of grey and beige, with dark wood accents throughout. There is also a muted hint of blue in almost every room and the use of suede wallpaper added a tactile luxe element.
The living room looms large and inviting, with twin sofas and a disjointed centre table crafted from individual brass surfaces. One of the smaller bedrooms was transformed into a TV den, its wall replaced with glass. This helped to open up the space visually and shortened the passage leading to the other rooms, each of which housed bespoke furniture designed by us.
The master bedroom was by far the most luxurious, with a large four-poster bed and wooden flooring. Another monochromatic bedroom included our custom Totem side tables and the third bedroom was the only space within the home where blue dominated the colour palette.
